When you work with us, your engagement letter and our Standard Terms and Conditions explain how we handle any problems or complaints. If you have a concern about our tax services, you can also contact the TPB. They have a complaints process on their website, which you can find here.
Tax agents like us have rules we must follow, and clients like you also have responsibilities under tax law. You can learn more about these on the TPB website or by reading their fact sheet called Information for Clients.
Under the law (Section 45 of the Tax Agent Services Code of Professional Conduct), we must tell you if certain events have happened in the past five years. We confirm that we are not aware of any such events.
